Responsibilities
Loss Prevention Strategies: Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to minimize inventory shrinkage, including theft and operational errors.
Merchandising Optimization: Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure product placement and displays maximize sales while minimizing the risk of loss.
Inventory Audits: Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor loss prevention and merchandising teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, inventory reports, and other relevant data to identify patterns and areas of concern.

Qualifications
