Responsibilities
Product Presentation: Arrange products on shelves and displays in an orderly and aesthetically pleasing manner, creating an inviting shopping atmosphere.
Restocking: Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves promptly to ensure products are readily available for customers.
Product Quality: Inspect products for damage, expiry dates, and overall quality, removing any items that do not meet our standards.
Merchandising Support: Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal decorations to align with marketing initiatives.
Price and Label Accuracy: Ensure accurate pricing and clear labeling of products for customer convenience.
Organization: Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of shelves and surrounding areas, creating a clutter-free shopping environment.
Collaboration: Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate restocking schedules and maintain product availability.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail experience is advantageous, but not mandatory.
